FAQs

How long does the season last?

The season runs from the beginning of September through mid-March.

What does it cost to play?

Team dues are paid each semester, and total about $1,400 USD for the entire year. This covers all expenses related to practice, games, and travel.

How often do you practice?

We practice three nights per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Practice times range from 7:00-9:00 PM.

How many games do you play?

We play anywhere from 25-30 games per year in the regular season. Playoffs depend on our placement during the regular season. Teams can expect to play 1-3 games at the ACHA Northeast regional tournament, and 3-5 games at the ACHA National tournament if they qualify.

I'm Canadian, can I still get financial aid?

YES. Canadians are eligible for merit-based financial aid and are encouraged to apply. See the financial aid application page for more details.

I'm not on the team but I want to help out, can I still join?

Absolutely! We have many volunteers each year to help out with club operations. Open positions are listed on our volunteers page. We are usually looking for managers, photographers, play-by-play announcers, and other positions. Reach out to a club officer if you're interested!
